4. Eligibility Criteria

- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent for undergraduate applications; a bachelor's degree for master's applications; and a master's degree for doctoral applications.
- Have a commendable academic record, with a minimum average of 7 (according to the Romanian grading system) or its equivalent.
- Be under 35 years of age for bachelor's and master's studies, and under 45 for doctoral studies.

Applications are accepted annually between January 16 and March 15. For the 2025 intake, ensure your application is submitted by March 15, 2025.

Applicants must prepare the following:
- Completed application forms for the scholarship and acceptance to study in Romania.
- Certified copies of diplomas and academic transcripts, along with authorized translations into English, French, Spanish, or Romanian.
- Copy of birth certificate and its authorized translation.
- First three pages of the passport.
- Medical certificate confirming fitness for studies and absence of contagious diseases.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Recent passport-sized photos.
